Service Record: Dr. Phlox originally came to Earth as a part of the Medical Exchange program, but was recruited into the services of the Terran Empire. He began service on the Enterprise NX-01 in 2151 under the command of Captain Maximillion Forrest. He continues to serve on that vessel under its new captain, Captain Jonathan Archer.
Psychological Report: Dr. Phlox demonstrates a love for experimentation and torture. His sexual appetites befit a member of a polyamorous species, and his ethics can be bent somewhat if any of his loves are appealed to.
